Voice of students

From a stressful life, letting go of negative emotions made it a little easier. It was a great learning experience for me to interact with people who had different jobs and experiences. Also, through the work at the practical cram school, I felt that there are various perspectives. It was also encouraging for the Regili E-mail that arrives every day. (Female, Information System / SE)

I got a mindset that I can always find positive things in negative emotions and situations, and I was able to confirm that there is no mistake in the direction of what I am doing as a manager and what I am trying to do. rice field. I was able to speak freely, and as I progressed through the times, I became more active and had a wonderful time. (Male, retailer / manager)

It turns out that resilience can change your life. By changing my mind, what I see has changed. I was blessed with members and expanded my range. I thought I might not have met the ultimate pinch yet. The three-hour lecture was just right, and the work was exciting. It was good that the lecture materials were distributed in advance. (Female, IT / office work)

I took this course because I was interested in reading "Techniques that do not drag" and wanted to deepen my understanding to the point where I could practice the idea of resilience at the level of real life. The biggest thing I got was "stimulation".

There was something that made me think from the way of thinking and behavior of my fellow students with high performance. Resilience is about creating a “hard-to-break (flexible) mind” and creating a mindset that allows you to immediately move on to the next action even in the face of adversity.

(Male, group / manager)

I was depressed by responding to customer complaints and was in a state of blaming myself, but I participated because I wanted to live positively and strongly. I can talk in the light of my own experience, and I also have personal coaching, so I think I was able to put my knowledge and skills into myself. Through the stories of people who have various experiences, I was able to meet new things in society that I couldn't see because I was stuck in the shell, such as expanding my horizons and building personal connections (male, airline company).

Resilience practice school is currently conducted on an organizational basis. Please contact us if you would like an extension course.

Our thoughts

In implementing this program, we will do our utmost to provide useful information and experience to our students.

By making resilience a habit, various stresses experienced at work and in private can be reduced, people can be actively involved, and life can be enjoyed positively and hopefully. By creating a team that is resistant to adversity, leaders who have acquired resilience can revitalize the organization and tackle difficult tasks. It is the wish of this resilience practice school to create such a state.
