​Online course

This is a resilience course using Zoom. We have started recruiting for the 11th term of the introductory edition and the 1st term of the leader edition.

Online courses are 90-minute courses four times a week. You can learn resilience behavior without difficulty.

If you are absent, you can retake the course for 3 months.​ It is also taken by working people, university students, teachers, and overseas.

If you are considering a company seminar or class at school, you can also participate in the experience as an observer.

The contents will be customized according to your request.

​Features​

1.  Pre-distribution of text

You can prepare for the lesson using the textbook before taking the course. We recommend that you carry out the work and take the course.

2.  Participate with video off

Turn off the microphone / video during the lecture. You can relax and concentrate on your lecture without worrying about other students.

3. Share time

The lecture is about 60 minutes. Students will have time to present their work, share questions and impressions.

4. Re-attendance system

After the lecture, you can retake it for 3 months. It can be used to confirm the practice and to establish resilience behavior. You can also receive coaching by email with the instructor during this period.

​Voice of participants

  • It was easy to participate for about an hour to an hour and a half, and the content of the lecture was a certain amount of volume, and it was just right to say the impressions of all the participants.

  • There is a week between lectures, so I can remember and think about it, and I thought it was an interval to remember the contents of the previous lecture.

  • Participating online was easy to concentrate on and ask questions. I was able to relax that the video was off.

​イーラーニング

The contents are published on Myra of "Micro Learning" which can be easily learned on the Internet. One unit is about 4 minutes. One theme consists of 5 to 6 units. (1 course takes 20 to 30 minutes. There is a confirmation test after the course.)

Theme of the currently published in the, positive thinking Getting Started , positive thinking over practical part , stress Management: Fundamentals , Stress Management: management ed , presentations will want to hear involuntarily , 6 courses of Wakura IF balance (in public preparation). * To access, you need to apply to the site operator, Eye Learning. You can learn all the contents registered for a fixed amount as many times as you like.
