Resilience enhances well-being

People gathered around people who were smiling and smiling, and I felt that various things often went well.

I have. Increasing resilience leads to increasing well-being.

Would you like to improve your resilience and feel happy in order to have a better life?

"Successful because of happiness, not happiness because of success"

Shawn Achor's "The Seven Laws of Happiness Dominance" states that "it's not about being happy because it's successful, it's about being successful because it's happy."
Well-being is defined as the state of feeling positive emotions. Negative emotions such as inferiority complex and frustration narrow the field of vision and narrow the range of choices, while positive emotions (happiness) have the expanding effect of increasing possible choices and becoming more thoughtful. Experiments by many psychologists have also shown that happiness leads to good results.

The connection between resilience and well-being

Resilience requires positive thinking. By acquiring positive thinking, you will also increase your sense of well-being. In other words, resilience is a happy state.

The effect of increased resilience

Dr. Martin Seligman, one of the founders of Positive Psychology, defines happiness as "a state where you have a meaningful goal you want to achieve in your life, and you are absorbed in it and feel joy."

As resilience increases, you will be more motivated to take on challenges in everything. If you think that "this challenge will be an experience for you even if you fail", you can recover faster and be absorbed in your goals.
